The Role:
Act as the site HSE lead, ensuring full compliance with UK health, safety & environmental legislation
Drive a positive safety culture across production and engineering teams
Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support management with risk assessments, method statements, and environmental controlsThe Person:
NEBOSH or IOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a HSE Officer / Advisor role within manufacturing or engineering
Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsWhat's in it for you?
