Location: Imerys - Furzebrook Road Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5AR
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday (between the hours of 7am and 4pm)
Salary: £26,780 per annum

The job role
Working, at our Secondary Processing site at Furzebrook, you will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Plant Management Team.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Personnel and Payroll input
Raising purchase orders
Stock management and procurement of siteconsumables, including chemicals
Inventory admin
Ensuring that required training and medicals across the sire are recorded and organised
Covering the weighbridge (twice a month as standard working normal hours, but then also during sickness and annual leave which will mean working 6am 4pm)
Month End and Reporting ( first 2 working days of every month)
Running reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintaining the health, safety and environmental standards on site, for yourself and others around you

You will:
Have a background of working within Admin or Payroll, with experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will:
Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Be organised and able to multi-task
Have excellent communication skills and be a real people person
Be proficient in the use of IT, ideally having used SAP and Google Drive previously
Work collaboratively within a team
Legally be able to drive in the UK
