Our client, a well-respected name in the property industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive their commercial marketing activities. This pivotal role exists to strategically manage and execute all regional commercial marketing initiatives, directly supporting the Sales Director implementing the overarching marketing strategy.

* Working with marketing budgets
The main marketing channels include Meta (DCO), digital platforms, and portals like Rightmove and Zoopla. There’s room for creativity within the strategic frame — for example, recent campaigns have included hyper-local tactics like beer mats, tailored to different property developments.
