Sewell Wallis is working with a growing company who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for their team based in Leeds.

The Customer Service Advisor role involves handling inbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate information, and resolving queries in a professional manner. You will also be responsible for updating customer records and maintaining database information.

What will you be doing?

Answer inbound telephone calls from customers.
Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
Update and maintain customer records and databases.
Log enquiries and actions accurately.
Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.

What skills are we looking for?

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic computer skills and confidence using databases.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience. What's on offer?
