As the Administration Team Leader, you will receive a salary up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience and a broad flexible benefits scheme. You will be working 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. As the Administration Team Leader, you will be: Managing a team of 5 administration-based staff in the warehouse operations team Overseeing team performance, managing queues of orders and output from the team, ensuring orders are processed to scheduled deadlines Working with other departments within the organisation, managing queries and escalations Problem solving when issues arise and ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner Coaching team members to improve skills and performance As the Administration Team Leader, you will have: Previous people management experience Strong problem-solving skills to resolve escalations Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with different teams and stakeholders A proactive approach to get results You may have experience in any of the following roles: Office Supervisor, Administration Supervisor, Office Manager, Administration Manager, Admin Manager, Operations Team Leader, Warehouse Team Leader, Logistics Supervisor Please note security clearance will be required for this role If you have great people management skills and are looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
