The role of Multi-Trade Operativewill include:
1. Carrying out first time fix repairs where possible for our customers
2. Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications
3. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition
4. Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, by resolving problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
5. Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
Skills and experiences:
6. To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical. If Plumbing Level 3 is required, Unvented - G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS) or currently undertaking the qualification.
7. Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation
8. Skills in some of the following disciplines – Carpentry, Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Fencing and Groundworks
9. Excellent customer service and communication skills
10. Ability to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines and plan ahead
11. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

22. £34,376 per annum (rising to £36,185 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
