About the Role
1. £34,928.15. basic salary + 3% Bonus + Benefits
2. Based at Nash Road, Manchester
3. 4 on 4 off shift pattern including working weekends & bank holidays
4. Driving licence required as may need to travel around various locations across Greater Manchester
What Will I Be Doing?
The generation and development of sales via a number of reuse shops, by managing the collection, repair and reselling of recovered items from our HWRC’s and donated items. Including online posting, advert creation, image capture and stock management to support the reuse agreements. Managing the team of operatives working within the Reuse shops and hub.
5. Coordinate and monitor the receipt, repair, and dispatch of goods according to the Standard Operating Protocols.
6. Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
7. Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
8. Manage the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment associated with the Hub operations.
9. Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage and retrieval systems, including training staff on how to use.
10. Ensure goods are cleaned, repaired, and tested according to the Quality Standard Operating Protocol.
11. Develop and manage relationships with local third sector organisations who provide their services to the hub.
12. Achieve sales targets for the Re-Use Hub and Renew
13. Forecast profit/sales and plan budgets.
14. Maintain excellent levels of customer service and retail standards.
What Are The Requirements?

16. Data gathering/reporting ability
17. PC Literate / photographic experience
18. Passionate about reuse and the environment
19. Must hold a FULL UK Driving Licence and have access to a car.
