CNC Machinist

Wolviston Management Services are supporting our client in the search for an experienced CNC Machinist to join their established precision engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served machinist with a strong turning background and programming ability to join a forward-thinking business working across a range of bespoke engineering projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Working from detailed engineering drawings to produce high-quality precision components.
Programming, setting and operating CNC machinery to meet production schedules and customer specifications.
Operating primarily on turning operations, with milling experience being highly advantageous.
Programming and running Doosan Puma 400 and 700 machines (experience highly desirable).
Operating and setting Haas machinery, including ST30, VF2 and Super Mini Mill models.
Utilising Mazatrol programming systems where applicable.
Ensuring work is carried out to the highest quality standards, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
Supporting a clean, safe and organised workshop environment. What We're Looking For
Time-served CNC Machinist with proven experience in precision engineering.
Strong turning bias, with confidence in milling operations.
Demonstrable experience programming, setting and running Doosan Puma and/or Haas machinery.
Knowledge of Mazatrol controls would be advantageous.
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
