About the role
We are currently seeking a self‑motivated Facilities Engineer to join our expanding team on a full‑time permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can provide high quality scheduled, unplanned and reactive maintenance works to our clients’ sites. It is expected that you can demonstrate knowledge in the following areas: PPM works, roofing experience essential, drainage, joinery, fabric works along with basic electrical and plumbing works. This is a physically demanding role. The position is mobile; the successful candidate will be expected to work across a variety of our client’s sites and industries.
Key responsibilities
These may be highlighted as key responsibilities, but are not an exhaustive list.
* Provide scheduled and reactive maintenance works.
* Carry out PPM, roofing, drainage, joinery, fabric, electrical and plumbing tasks.
* Complete low level works as appropriate.
Essential qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in this or a similar role, supported by references.
* Full UK driving licence.

To drive a Phosters vehicle, it is compulsory that you are over the age of 21 with a minimum of 12 months driving experience, and currently hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
