Compensation: $70,000
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage ~30 active medical malpractice and personal injury cases
* Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and litigation documents
* Coordinate discovery distribution, tracking, and deadlines
* File documents in both state and federal courts
* Manage complex scheduling for depositions, experts, and hearings
* Maintain organized case files and deadline tracking
* Support attorneys through all phases of trial preparation
