What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals. Convert inbound interest and proactively engage new prospects. Build trusted relationships and act as a credible advisor to clients. Represent SourceWiser at industry events and networking opportunities. Collaborate across teams to shape compelling proposals and solutions. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client experience. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development or account management within BPO, outsourcing or managed services. A strong network and proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of offshore delivery models, especially in the Philippines. Excellent communication and presentation skills. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and structured pipeline management. A proactive, collaborative and values-driven approach.
