Our HR Advisors are responsible for all people activities from recruitment to payroll, training to policy development and internal communications to organization design and talent management. Were a small, values-led team ensuring compliance with employment law and development of internal systems and processes. We have a fixed term position for an HR Advisor to provide operational and strategic input to our resourcing and people development agenda and support broader HR people projects. Key Responsibilities of the HR Advisor will include: Lead recruitment by managing campaigns, supporting interviews and the selection process, and agency relationships Develop the brand to improve our reach in the community eg by using social media to advertise and actively source candidates Develop use of our people system, CORE HR to assist with reporting Use our Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring colleagues are trained to engage with the system HR projects to improve colleague engagement, capability, communication and system development Coach and develop managers in application of people policies through one to one and workshops Provide advice to managers and colleagues on company policies and procedures Ensure compliance with employment law Support broader HR Projects as required Who are we looking for? Our HR Advisors are: Educated to degree level or equivalent CIPD membership preferred Resourcing experience within manufacturing Generalist HR experience to support projects Strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills Used an HR system and experience of using a LMS an advantage Were a small, friendly team and the role is fast-paced and varied.
