What will the Management Accountant role involve?
Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
Business partnering with operational teams to provide insight and challenge performance.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Assisting with process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Contributing to cash flow forecasting and cost analysis.
Supporting year-end statutory reporting and audit requirements.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:
CIMA / ACCA part-qualified or newly qualified.
Experience in management accounting within a service-based or group business.
Strong analytical and Excel skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator, able to build relationships across departments.
A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
