Stores Administrator
Location: HMP Addiewell, West Lothian
Salary: £24,570
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Sodexo Justice Services are seeking a reliable and organised Stores FM Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of the Facilities Management stores at HMP Addiewell.
HMP Addiewell is a modern learning prison focused on rehabilitation, skills development, and supporting individuals to build positive futures. This is a varied role combining administration, stock control, and operational support within a secure and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process orders and maintain accurate supplier and stock records
* Receive, check, and book in deliveries
* Maintain purchasing records and prepare reports
* Monitor stock levels and complete stock checks
* Support pick-and-pack operations when required
* Respond to queries and support the smooth running of the stores function
About You
Essential:
* Previous administration experience
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work accurately in a structured environment
Desirable:
* Experience using SAP
* Experience in a facilities, stores, or secure environment
