Paid Leave: Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Sick pay. What You’ll Do Take ownership of our social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Create and schedule standout content showcasing student life, alumni success, and campus events. Collaborate with students, staff, and marketing teams to bring authentic stories to life. Manage community engagement—responding to DMs, comments, and building relationships with followers. Recruit and train Student Content Ambassadors to capture life on the ground. Report on performance using tools like Hootsuite, Later, or Hubspot. Stay on top of social trends and youth culture, and experiment with new formats and ideas. What You Bring 2 years experience managing multi-channel social media for a brand or organisation. A deep understanding of the major platforms—especially TikTok and Instagram. A track record of creating engaging, on-brand campaigns that drive real results. Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills. Confidence using analytics and insights to adapt and improve strategy. Familiarity with paid social (Meta, TikTok Ads) and scheduling/reporting tools. Passion for working in a student-led, youth-focused, creative environment. Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools? That’s a bonus. Experience in education or creative industries?
