ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a commercially minded Digital Performance Executive to help scale and optimise digital performance across our portfolio.
This role will play a key part in managing paid media activity, improving campaign attribution, supporting digital growth initiatives and strengthening reporting and optimisation processes across the business.
As part of the Digital Marketing Team, the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to improve campaign effectiveness, drive engagement and ensure digital activity is aligned to broader commercial objectives.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into improvements
* Support attribution, tracking, tagging and reporting across digital channels
* Work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders
* Organised and analytical with strong attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with platforms such as WordPress, GA4, HubSpot, GA4, SEO tools, AI and marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
