Holiday Club Play worker Level 3
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Level 3 in childcare to join our team For October half term. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment during play.
Duties
* To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children from 3 -12 years
* work as a team to create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
* To Plan and implement age-appropriate exciting activities to support the children's development and play
* Setting up and arranging equipment ready for activities, running activities with the children and tidying up afterwards. working with the team to keep the club clean and tidy.
* To give support to the other team members within the facility and to follow the instructions of the management team.
* To be aware of and act in accordance with current legislation, good practice, club policies and procedures
* To promote the high standards of the club at all times to parents, staff and visitors
* Communicate effectively with the team and manage daily routines and ensure the well-being of all children in your care
* Support with hygiene routines and supervise meal times.

- Ability to drive learning through play-based activities
- Strong organisational skills to manage daily routines effectively and running of activities

The Commitment:
This role is to start for the October half term 2025, and then going forward when available between Mondays - Fridays during Buckinghamshire school holidays, excluding bank holidays and Christmas, you need to be available between the hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm for a 8.5 hour shift, Working a Minimum of 3 days a week During all School Holidays.
Requirements
* Must be a Level 3 in Early Years childcare (Qualification needs to be full and relevant and accepted by the DfE, certificates will be checked using )
* Have childcare experience
* to work a minimum of 3 days a week during the school holidays, 8.5 hours shift between 8am-6pm
Salary and benefits:
* £14.50 per hour depending on experience and age
* Free childcare for children aged 3 years and over

You will be able to work closely with the management team to ensure that the club organisation and administration is of the highest quality.

Specific Fun Fest Holiday Club training will be provided to successful candidates.
