Quantity Surveyor – Kettering

They specialise in pharmaceutical facilities, data centres, food processing plants, and commercial builds, with a reputation for innovation, quality, and reliability.
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Kettering team on a high‑profile pharma/data centre project.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of cost control, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned projects.
* Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations.
* Conduct valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial alignment.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP contracting or construction.
* Strong knowledge of pharma or data centre projects is highly desirable.
* Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills
