As a Trainee Nursing Assistant at HC-One, you will be a role model, leading by example to embody kindness in Memory Care, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. About You
Senior Care Assistants seeking development and higher income. This role upskills to Nursing Assistant, providing training program and salary increase upon completion.
Responsibilities
* Administer medicines, care of wounds, catheter care and other direct clinical tasks under supervision of a qualified nurse.
* Report accidents, spending time with residents demonstrating dementia symptoms, always prioritising well‑being.
* Ensure residents have choice, independence, and care planning delivered to standard.
Qualifications
* Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards).
* Minimum 2 years experience in Health & Social Care as Senior Carer or similar with leadership responsibilities, especially administering medicines and leading a shift.
* Knowledge and understanding of person‑led care planning process and legislative and regulatory requirements.
