The business operates a modern, well-invested machine shop with state-of-the-art CNC turning technology and a quality-led engineering culture. Key Responsibilities * Set and operate CNC turning centres/lathes using Fanuc controls * Manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances * Interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications * Tooling selection, offsets, and proving out jobs (dependent on experience) * Carry out in-process inspection using micrometers, verniers, bore gauges, etc. * Adhere to AS9100 procedures, documentation, and full traceability requirements * Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping, and safe working practices Essential Experience * Proven CNC turning experience within aerospace or a similar high-precision environment * Strong proficiency with Fanuc control systems * Competent reading technical drawings and wo...
