You will be playing a key role in producing management accounts, consolidating multi-entity results, and delivering clear financial insights.
With strong technical knowledge, proven multi currency experience, and excellent Xero and Excel skills, you will support forecasting, budgeting, cashflow management, compliance, and audits, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Production of Management accounts across group
* Consolidation of Monthly results
* Prepare Forecast and consolidate
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with auditors as needed.
* Analyse financial data to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
* Cashflow forecasting
* Assist in the budgeting
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
* Produce Monthly Balance sheet commentary
Skills and Experience
* Multi- currency, multi entity experience a must
* Solid accounting knowledge and process knowledge required
* Good working knowledge of Word and Outlook
* Excel knowledge needs to be at Pivot level Minimum
* Excellent knowledge of Xero and Xero report writing
* Linking Xero to Excel a benefit, use of API's or ODBC
* Previous audit experience
* Experience of French /Spanish accounting a benefit
Essential
* Current valid right to work in the country where the role is based
* Recognised Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* +3 years financial accounting experience
* Multi-entity experience in UK & Europe
* High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise
* Knowledge of Xero accounting software
* Flexible approach and ability to deal with complexity
* Ability to work to a deadline & communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
