They carry out a range of fit-out projects across various sectors including luxury residential, commercial, hotels and specialist joinery projects. The business is thriving and are winning new projects regularly. As a result, they have a great opportunity for a Design Technician to join the team on a permanent basis. Main Responsibilities: Assist in the assessment of initial information received from the Client's designers and architects Liaise with Factory, Project Manager and Client's designers and architects, sub-contractors and suppliers Conduct site surveys Produce clear, concise, and accurate drawings in line with deadlines and programme requirements, adhering to QA standards Collaborate with schedulers to discuss drawings and assist production with any queries Coordinate with the Drawing Controller regarding the distribution of drawings The Ideal Person: Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications Experience working on fit out projects involving detailed joinery Strong on AutoCAD Be proactive and dedicated to completing projects on time Experience in technical detailing Strong 2D drawing skills Ability to use a 3D drawing package such as SolidWorks, Revit or Inventor is advantageous Able to commute to Antrim on a daily basis For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Robert Apps for a confidential discussion Skills: Design Technician CAD Technician Design Technician CAD Benefits: DOE excellent package
