Description Delivering successfully to our Clients is extremely important to Verisk. This role is focussed on working with the Client to manage the end-to-end project delivery and implementation of Verisk products and services. This vital role is pivotal in making sure that our Client’s experiences with us are excellent, driving the lines of communication and planning between the Client and our Sales, Product and Delivery teams. Many of these projects are simple and straight forward but some are much more complex involving changes to one or more products and may also include the management of 3 rd parties supporting the delivery. Responsibilities Managing Client related projects for UK and Ireland, ensuring that the Client is fully involved and comfortable with expectations set and that excellent results are achieved. Driving each project through the Client lifecycle including, but not limited to, initial pre sales solution meetings, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), requirements definition, UAT, to handing over into ‘Business as Usual’ Client Support. Being the central point of contact for the Client for any queries they have during the implementation. Owning the delivery of Client PoCs, Data Tests and Onboarding projects working with: The Head of Professional Services and Sales Teams to understand individual Client related project scope, priority and expected timelines for any Client Implementation tasks. The Business Analysts to trigger elicitation, analysis and specification tasks for any related Client Implementation Requirements. The Head of Delivery to provide effort and delivery date estimates both at an order of magnitude level for high level scope and specific delivery dates once requirements are fully defined and refined. The Product Managers to trigger elicitation, analysis and requirements specification tasks for any Client related product enhancements to feed into the Product Roadmap. The Principal Architect to input into Solution Designs for new/change features. The Data Acquisition Manager to support negotiations and contract timelines with any 3 rd parties in respect of Client deliveries. The Head of Client Support to facilitate handover into ‘Business as Usual’ services once a Client implementation has successfully completed. Co-ordinating with Product, Technology and Stakeholders to agree any changes to standard SLAs in respect of Verisk Services requested by a Client The person in this role will report to the Head of Professional Services and work as part of the Product and Technology team in the International Underwriting and Property Risk division of Verisk. Qualifications We are looking for a Client focussed, extremely well organised, detail minded team player, with a good business level understanding of insurance, data, software and APIs. The ideal candidate would enjoy working with Clients and gain satisfaction from “making things happen” for them. 3-5 years managing IT projects, in a financial services organisation ideally, within insurance or insure tech. Comfortable and experienced in working with projects involving APIs, web-based user interfaces and data to form a functional high-level understanding of what Verisk is delivering to each Client. Proven track record of managing multiple small projects and hitting deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and able to articulate complex problems to Stakeholders at all levels. Ability to create tracking mechanisms to manage and make visible project progress and status. Experience of working within an Agile / SCRUM product environment. Project Management related qualifications are desirable
