Key Responsibilities
6. Assist with accurate, timely payroll processing for employees
7. Maintain and update employee records (new starters, leavers, changes)
8. Help calculate holiday pay, overtime, and other entitlements
9. Produce payslips and assist with basic payroll queries
10. Support compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements
11. Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy
About You
12. A strong interest in payroll, HR or finance
13. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
14. Confident using Microsoft Excel and Office
15. Organised, with good time management skills
16. Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential data
17. Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player
18. A relevant qualification (e.g. diploma or degree in business or finance) is preferred but not essential
