Key Responsibilities:
* Licence Management and Compliance - Monitoring and managing SaaS licences to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and licensing terms. This involves tracking the number of licences, their usage, and renewals to avoid any legal or financial risks associated with non-compliance.
* Optimising Licence Utilisation - Analysing SaaS licence usage patterns and identifying opportunities to optimise costs by reallocating licences or negotiating better pricing with vendors, based on actual consumption.
* Cost Management - Monitoring and controlling the costs associated with SaaS licences and cloud consumption. This includes identifying cost-saving opportunities, implementing cost-reduction strategies.
* Vendor Management - Building and maintaining relationships with SaaS vendors, including AWS/Azure representatives, and other service providers. This ensures effective communication, access to new features, and assistance in resolving issues.
Flexibility may be required to respond to the changing needs of the organisation and the service. You may also be asked to support with ad hoc projects and pieces of work relevant to your role in line with business requirements.
