Are you a specialist in Speech, Language, and Communication? The Royal Harbour Academy is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Manager (SLCN) to join our team in September 2026.
In this rewarding role, you will work alongside the SENCO and pastoral staff to support students who struggle to access education. You will facilitate equality of access and provide high-quality mentoring to help students remain in or transition back into mainstream learning. Your daily tasks will include delivering targeted speech, language, and literacy interventions, managing a caseload of students, and developing strategies to improve vocabulary and social communication.
We are looking for an empathetic professional with proven experience supporting children with SLCN, SEND, and Autism. You should understand the vital link between communication and emotional well-being, possessing the skills to build positive relationships with students, families, and external professionals.
