Logistics Client Success Manager * Sunningdale, Berkshire * Permanent * £30,000-£40,000 (DOE) * 08.30 to 17.00 (With flexibility 1 in 3 weekends to take calls, from home) Our client is a fantastic, down-to-earth company, where their industry knowledge is evident to see! They have a very exciting opportunity for someone to join their fun and vibrant, (but definitely hard-working) team as a Logistics Client Success Manager. Flexibility with WFH can be discussed at interview - they are very open to this for the RIGHT candidate. * Have you got strong experience of working within Logistics, working with other freight forwarders? * Are you experienced in making customs entries? * Have you got a solid background in dealing with airlines, yourself? * Do you hold a clean UK drivers license and own a vehicle If you answer to all of the above questions is YES, then please read on, this could be the next exciting opportunity for YOU! The role itself, would involve the following: * Liaising closely with customers & shippers to understand their shipping requirements * Monitoring shipments for their arrival into the UK * Working with customers to ensure that we work to their expectations * Customs Clearance using Cargowise * Liaising with hauliers to arrange shipment collections and deliveries * Arranging collections with the UK and overseas customers * Liaising with the warehouse to ensure freight is received * Communicating with the warehouse to request shipment on hand details when needed * Making Bookings with the airlines * Arranging customs entry filing for export * Raising export documentation * Following up with the airlines to check the cargo has departed. * Quoting of import & export shipments * Billing shipments as per quotes or customer rates If you have a minimum (or very close to) 3 years’ experience in UK Import and Export procedures as well as experience in using Cargowise (preference) then we would like to speak with you!
