Position Overview
The company is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern to join its Corporate Legal Department. This internship offers significant hands-on exposure to in-house legal functions, corporate compliance, and commercial documentation within a professional corporate setting.
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Law students currently pursuing an LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) or fresh law graduates.
* Knowledge Base: A basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws is required.
* Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. Good communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential.
* Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
* Drafting & Review: Assisting in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including contracts, commercial agreements, supplier documents, and legal notices.
* Compliance: Supporting the legal team with compliance-related filings, documentation, and regulatory issues.
* Research: Conducting in-depth legal research on corporate, commercial, and trade law matters.
* Operational Support: Assisting the legal team in day-to-day corporate legal matters and coordinating with internal departments like finance and logistics.

Navi Mumbai (Turbhe), Maharashtra (Offline/On-site)
Stipend / Perks
* Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
* Professional Exposure: Real-world experience in an in-house corporate legal setup.
