A global integrated marketing agency is looking for an
Account Director
to join its client services team. You'll oversee key client partnerships, deliver integrated influencer-led campaigns, and help shape strategies for some of the world's most exciting brands.

£60,000 per annum
Location:
London (Liverpool Street) – Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
What you'll be doing:
* Oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard
* Lead on strategy, planning, and execution of influencer and integrated campaigns
* Retain and grow accounts through proactive partnership and strong commercial awareness
* Manage and mentor a team of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives
* Provide thought leadership on industry trends, insights, and best practice to clients and colleagues
* Support new business pitches with confidence and strategic input
* Ensure budgets, reporting, and financial processes are accurate and well-managed
* Build strong relationships with external partners including influencers, agents, media partners, and production teams
What you'll need:
* 5+ years' experience in a senior account management role within an agency environment
* Proven experience managing and growing client accounts
* Strong understanding of client service and campaign strategy
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
* A natural leader with the ability to motivate and mentor teams
* Passion for influencer marketing, digital trends, and emerging platforms
