Project Coordinator
The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment, Justice and Health team has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support, coordinate project activity, and work closely with customers, partners and stakeholders to support the effective delivery of services.

Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health and debt.
Please note, this role is subject to the successful award of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all customers are greeted politely, welcomed to the relevant Growth Company office, and signed in appropriately.
2. Coordinate reception duties, including meeting and greeting customers, contractors and partners.
3. Ensure all customers are registered correctly in line with contract guidelines and the Growth Company’s data security policy.
4. Coordinate the collection and accurate recording of customer information within required timescales, ensuring all details are entered onto the appropriate electronic systems.
5. Manage and coordinate advisors’ diaries, booking appointments and confirming times with customers promptly following referral.
6. Work alongside the Service Manager to ensure referrals are contacted within two working days and caseloads are managed effectively.
7. Handle customer queries and challenging situations professionally, ensuring managers are kept informed of any issues.
8. Support the smooth running of the office through effective time management, administrative support, and working to daily, weekly and monthly targets.
About You:
9. Good customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
10. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
11. A flexible approach to work, including willingness to travel and occasionally work unsociable hours.
12. A willingness and desire to work in an office-based environment.
Skills Required:
13. Ability to work to challenging targets and key performance indicators.
14. Strong IT skills, including experience of management information systems, spreadsheets, diary management and email.
15. Ability to work under pressure in a high-performance environment.
16. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
17. Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
18. Willingness to undertake training and continuously develop.
