* Monday to Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm with 30 minutes' lunch break

Duties and Responsibilities
* Assisting Account Managers with daily customer account management, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
* Preparing and following up on costings, ensuring pricing is accurate and competitive
* Managing customer data platforms (SKU loading, pricing, MODs, image uploads)
* Maintaining internal systems including PLM and WMS for order processing
* Creating line sheets for internal and customer use; update trackers with key data such as pricing and MODs
* Critical Path Management - supporting product progression and monitoring key stages to ensure deadlines are met
* Coordinating packaging cutter guides and artwork approvals; managing label creation and distribution
* Collaborating with the product development team on sample management and tracking
* Building strong working relationships with customers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration
* Responding to client queries promptly and professionally, delivering a seamless experience.
Required Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience in a similar Account Executive or Account Support role, within a supplier or retail buying environment
* Strong understanding of the product development process and critical path stages
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficient; able to use MS Office and data management platforms with confidence
* Demonstrates sound problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
* Positive, proactive, and adaptable team player
