Job Description
“If colour-coded folders are your love language - you'll feel right at home in this role.”
THE COMPANY
A growing ecommerce brand that sells a wide range of products via their own website, through retail partners, and marketplaces in the UK, EU, and US.
To sell a product on a marketplace like Amazon a business needs to show a variety of paperwork to demonstrate that certain standards have been met. Sometimes a product is removed from sale and the team must investigate why, gather evidence, make any necessary changes, and submit a report. This process can’t be rushed. Mistakes can lead to delays in getting products back online, which is why this role is so important. This role is part of a wider Quality team.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Quality Manager, your job is to support the Quality team with compliance-related admin and help unblock products that are stuck in the system.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Collecting, checking, and maintaining key compliance documents
* Making sure files are saved in the right place, named correctly, and easy for others to find
* Spotting missing paperwork and following up as needed
* Monitoring changes to product compliance rules and flagging any that might affect listings
* Investigating and resolving blocked or suspended listings on platforms like Amazon or TikTok Shop
* Liaising with support teams and following submission processes to get products reinstated
* Formatting and uploading the correct documentation for each case
* Keeping clear, accurate records of all submissions and outcomes to avoid duplication or delays
ABOUT YOU
You don’t need to be a compliance expert - just someone with great attention to detail who enjoys getting stuck into admin. A natural organiser.
If you’ve had any exposure to compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs (especially in consumer goods), that’s a bonus. Same goes for experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or TikTok Shop, or an understanding of product testing and documentation. All good to have, but not essential.
THE REWARD
The salary range for this role is flexible as it is a newly created role and will depend on how experienced you are with the above. This is a hybrid working role (3 days office / 2 days home). Free parking on site. Additional benefits include a company bonus and more.
