The Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers is one of the UK’s largest trade unions.
A vacancy exists for an Accounts Administrator based at the Union’s Head Office.

The principal duties are: to be responsible for purchase ledger input including staff and members’ expenses.
The successful applicant will possess: a basic knowledge and experience of accounting software (Usdaw use NetSuite); a methodical approach with close attention to detail; accountancy skills including the ability to balance accounts and knowledge of accounts payable processes; the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and have well-developed planning and organisational skills; IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel; tact, initiative and discretion.
