We are seeking an organised, personable Pool Receptionist to manage guest bookings, share information on pool activities, and promote essential swim accessories. Key Responsibilities - Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth start to their pool experience. - Promote and sell pool essentials like armbands, goggles, and other swim accessories. - Provide information on pool schedules, safety rules, and available amenities. - Maintain an organised, welcoming reception area, contributing to a clean and safe environment. - Monitor bookings and pool capacity to maintain a safe and enjoyable setting for all guests. Requirements - Experience in a customer service or sales role is beneficial. - Friendly, confident communicator comfortable with promoting products to guests. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, family-friendly environment. - Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
