Job Overview
The postholder will be working as part of a dynamic Contracts and Legal Team in the Enterprise Division to support contract negotiations and the documentation of agreements within the Provide group.
Responsibilities
* Review and negotiate supplier agreements to ensure value and efficiency.
* Support the team in building and managing supplier relationships and attend supplier meetings to monitor performance.
* Prepare contracts from templates (contractor, non‑disclosure, licence to occupy) under Senior Contract Manager guidance.
* Answer contractual queries from service managers and senior managers.
* Maintain an online database with key contract details and ensure data accuracy.
* Prepare activity data for internal contract meetings and Board reports.
* Monitor contracts through their lifecycle and highlight expirations to service managers.
* Deputise at meetings on behalf of the Contracts and Legal team as required.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent level of experience.
* Demonstrable work‑related knowledge and experience relevant to contracts and legal support.
* Excellent people skills and the ability to represent the organisation at local level.
* Ability to work flexibly, respond positively to short deadlines and manage a diverse workload.
* Resilience and capacity to work under pressure in complex, uncertain and ambiguous situations.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Benefits and Working Conditions
