We also pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters and sachets and provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials and syringes. The expert services we provide supports the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world. We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Maintenance Engineering Function. The purpose of the role is to act as a leader within the maintenance team providing strategic support and direction to a team of engineers working 24 / 7 across 5 manufacturing facilities and various warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of business unit KPIs through supporting operational and engineering teams in the operation and maintenance of facilities, utilities and process equipment throughout their lifecycle. The role will be directly responsible for the management of the Maintenance Engineering function at Craigavon. What we are looking for To be successful in this role, we are looking for you to have: Eligibility to work in the UK or possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK. Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering OR significant experience in an engineering and project management leadership role. Extensive engineering experience in previous roles with a proven track record in maintenance best practices, manufacturing improvement, and engineering project management. Demonstrated ability to manage engineering and maintenance budgets. Previous line management experience managing and developing high-performing teams within complex, regulated environments, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
