Job Title: Sales Admin
Location: Monmouth
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Holidays: 23 days plus Bank Holidays
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our client's Sales Office / Warehouse team in Monmouth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability and the chance to join a growing business permanently.
The Role
* Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
* Generating new business and supporting sales targets
* Preparing quotations and following through to completion
* Assisting customers at the sales counter
* Supporting new product launches and promotions
* Picking, packing and processing customer orders
* Receiving and storing stock correctly
* Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
* Following company security and health & safety procedures
About You
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Organised and reliable with a proactive attitude
* Able to work well independently and as part of a team
* Previous sales, admin or warehouse experience preferred
