My client is a specialist legal practice with a strong reputation for handling a wide range of complex civil litigation matters. Their team represents both individuals and organisations and is known for managing medium to high-value disputes across multiple areas of contentious work, including professional negligence, property ownership issues, fiduciary disputes, and contractual claims.
They are seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their team. The role involves managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution, ensuring full compliance with court deadlines and civil procedure requirements. The successful candidate will handle negotiations, settlement discussions, and alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as participate in court hearings, case management conferences, and trials either providing representation directly or coordinating with counsel.
This position requires maintaining accurate case records through the firm’s case management system, liaising professionally with clients, courts, experts, and other legal representatives, and upholding all regulatory obligations, including those related to professional conduct.
