This school-based route into teaching allows you to earn while you learn, working toward Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with the support of experienced mentors and training providers.

The Role:
* Position: MFL Graduate Trainee Teacher (French and/or Spanish preferred)
* Location: Redbridge
* Start Date: September 2025
* Salary: Paid teacher training placement (based on experience and funding eligibility)
* Training Route: Gain QTS while working in the classroom, supported by mentors and partner providers
Your Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of engaging language lessons to KS3-KS5 students
* Work closely with expert language teachers and gradually take on teaching duties
* Engage in structured training sessions and receive tailored mentorship
* Help students build confidence and fluency in a second language
* Play an active role in school life, both academically and through extracurricular activities
Who We're Looking For:
* A degree in French, Spanish, or a related language discipline (2:1 or above preferred)
* A passion for languages and cultural education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A desire to inspire young people and make a lasting impact in education
* Ideally, some experience working with young people (, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering)
