Highgate Care in Bridlington is looking for a Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and ensure outstanding nursing care at Beechwood Care Centre. The ideal candidate will be an RGN or RMN with strong clinical knowledge, experience in nursing or dementia settings, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with the Home Manager to mentor colleagues and build relationships with residents.
