The role
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team on Blythe Valley Business Park. As an Aministrator, you will need to provide strong administrative support and excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. The role: Process new bookings by accurately inputting data into all relevant tracking systems Monitor, organise, and manage emails across all inboxes. Handle incoming phone enquiries. Review documentation to identify any discrepancies, ensuring these are corrected before submission. Candidate Requirements: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong administrative and organisational abilities. Capable of multitasking and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Proficient in entering data accurately and efficiently. Hours of work & Salary 11.00-19.00 Monday - Friday 1 hour unpaid lunch break. £13.00 Phr Need to be flexible to work outside of this time frame to meet the needs of the business.
