Job Description
* Lead the overall IT operations in Taiwan, covering enterprise applications, infrastructure, and IT service delivery.
* Partner with global IT teams to align local systems with regional and global technology strategies.
* Oversee ERP and business application environments, ensuring stability, integration, and continuous improvement.
* Manage IT infrastructure and vendor relationships, including network, security, and end-user support.
* Drive cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and international stakeholders.
* Ensure IT governance, compliance, and operational reliability across all local systems.
* Lead and develop the local IT team, ensuring clear priorities and strong execution.
The Successful Applicant
* Solid experience leading enterprise IT environments within multinational organizations.
* Strong understanding of ERP and enterprise systems, ideally within manufacturing or distribution environments.
* Experience managing both application and infrastructure teams.
* Proven ability to collaborate with regional or global stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to balance execution and stakeholder management.
