Main Duties Include: Delivering administrative assistance within a team of Legal Secretaries
Producing typed documents and preparing legal paperwork
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence along with general office tasks
Setting up new case files and overseeing file closures
Organising archiving and coordinating with external storage services
Candidate Profile: Background in Probate, Commercial, or Family Law (experience in at least one is essential)
Competence in secretarial duties within one or two legal disciplines
Positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt quickly
Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team setting
Willingness to accommodate both office-based and remote working – initial three-month period will be office-based before transitioning to a hybrid model
