We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and experienced leader to join us as the Registered Manager of Cleeve Court, our 45-bed residential care home in Bath, specialising in dementia care.
This role is more than management, it’s about shaping a thriving, compassionate care environment, empowering a dedicated team, and making a lasting difference to the lives of residents and their families.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a skilled care team to deliver outstanding dementia/residential care
* Being a visible, proactive manager who sets high standards and nurtures talent
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management with clarity and confidence
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and service development with strategic insight
* Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a dementia/care setting
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* In-depth understanding of dementia and evidence-based care approaches
* Inspirational leadership with strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, reflective approach with a commitment to high-quality outcomes
