Events Co-ordinator - We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Events Co-ordinator to join our team in a fast-paced, practical working environment. This is a self-employed position. A full UK driving license is essential and having your own transport is necessary due to office location. This isn’t a desk-only role — it’s for someone who’s happy to roll their sleeves up, get stuck in, and be part of a close-knit team that supports each other to get the job done. About the Role - You’ll be involved in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of event operations, supporting office-based tasks. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain experience across all areas of the business. We’re flexible on working hours and days (Monday–Friday), but what really matters to us is attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Essential skills - Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive) • Hold a full UK driving license is essential and having your own transport is necessary due to office location. • IT literate, Using Microsoft Office across daily operations • Managing emails and internal communications • Processing works orders and order management systems. Act as the primary point of contact for exhibitors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and that all project requirements are delivered on time. • Handling vehicle paperwork and hire van bookings • Travel and accommodation booking • Booking vehicle maintenance. Manage fleet logistics and transport operations, coordinating vehicle scheduling. Desirable Skills/ Experience (not essential) • Maintaining catalogue and website updates • Supporting LinkedIn and online presence • General IT support • Experience with large scale print software and formatting • Experience using CAD software for editing and designing 2D floorplans.
