Cityworx are recruiting for a Care Coordinator or a Care Manager on behalf of our domiciliary care client based in Swindon. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Coordinator or Care Manager to work in the Swindon branch. The ideal candidate must have experience in Elderly Domiciliary care services, with a strong understanding of delivering high-quality person-centred care.
