Benefits:
Competitive basic salary starting from £35,000, negotiable based on experience
OTE upwards of £40,000 with achievable bonus scheme; on average, team members earn approximately £500 per month
Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, with only six Saturday mornings annually (08:00 to 13:00)
21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Conducting routine vehicle servicing, inspections, and checks
Diagnosing vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, including electronic and mechanical components
Performing wheel alignments and other specialised tasks
Ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
Maintaining workshop tools, equipment, and work area to a high standard as a Vehicle Technician
Completing relevant documentation accurately and efficiently
Supporting the team with additional workshop duties as requiredRequirements:
Full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or NVQ Level 2 with significant relevant experience
Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge
Motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently within a busy workshop environment
