Our focus is on helping organisations modernise their technology, improve security, and enable smarter ways of working. Working across a diverse client base, we design, implement and support a wide range of solutions spanning cloud, infrastructure, cyber security and communications. The Role We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent client projects. You will operate in a client-facing capacity, taking ownership of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope and aligned to business outcomes. Typical Projects You will be delivering a varied portfolio of IT and transformation projects, including: * Cloud migrations (e.g. Microsoft 365 / Azure environments) * Modern Workplace and collaboration tool deployments * Cyber security enhancements and compliance-driven projects * Infrastructure upgrades (networks, servers, connectivity) * IT strategy and digital transformation programmes * Telephony / unified communications rollouts Projects will vary in size and complexity, often within fast-paced SME environments. Key Responsibilities * End-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements * Define scope, timelines, risks and deliverables * Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams * Work closely with technical consultants, engineers and third parties * Ensure projects align with agreed outcomes and commercial objectives * Produce project documentation, reports and governance updates * Identify risks/issues and proactively drive resolution About You * Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure and/or cloud projects * Background in MSP, consultancy or client-facing environments * Strong knowledge of: * Cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure) * Infrastructure & networking * Cyber security principles * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies Desirable: * PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification * Experience in digital transformation programmes What's on Offer * Salary up to £60,000 * Hybrid working model * Exposure to varied, high-impact projects * Clear progression within a growing consultancy environment * Collaborative, people-focused culture
