Readypower Rail Services is looking for a motivated Commercial Manager to support our operations. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
The ideal candidate will support the business by enhancing market share through leading initiatives to drive profitable sales growth.
The role:
* Adhere to agreed commercial and financial guidelines when pursuing tender opportunities with both new and existing customers
* Establish new customer relationships and nurture existing connections to foster long-term partnerships
* Make strategic decisions on project selection by evaluating cost vs risk factors
* Advise customers on the optimal equipment solutions to meet their specific needs and requirements
* Accurately and competitively price projects to ensure financial viability and efficiency
* Represent Readypower with professionalism, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
* Assist the credit control team in debt recovery efforts.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of railway experience
* Must hold a valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to work independently, as well as within a team environment
* Confident in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
* Must hold a full UK driving licence
