About BPE AUDIO
We design, install, and commission premium audio/AV systems for hospitality venues and high-value residences. Projects range from Q-SYS controlled multi-zone systems for bars/restaurants to discreet Bang & Olufsen installs in private homes.
The role
Own our social presence end-to-end: plan the content, capture on site, edit for short-form, publish consistently, and turn audience attention into qualified enquiries. You'll balance commercial (bars/restaurants) stories with high-end residential/B&O casework always white-glove, privacy-respectful, and brand-safe.
Key responsibilities
Strategy & planning
* Build a 90-day social/content plan aligned to commercial and residential pipelines.
* Define content pillars (e.g., project walkthroughs, B&O tips, acoustic myth-busting, Q-SYS/Dante behind-the-scenes).
Content production
* Shoot on active sites and finished projects (with permission): vertical video, reels, hero stills.
* Edit short-form (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) and produce carousels, before/after, and simple motion graphics.
* Write on-brand captions and hooks; tailor tone for LinkedIn vs Instagram.
Publishing & community
* Schedule posts; respond to DMs/comments; escalate genuine leads quickly.
* Maintain a tidy asset library (tagging, project names, usage rights).
B&O & residential specifics
* Capture tasteful, discreet content in occupied homes; respect NDAs and privacy.
* Communicate the value of Beolab/Beosound, Beolink multiroom, and elegant, cable-free installs without revealing sensitive details.
Light paid & analytics
* Run small boosts/retargeting on top posts; set up UTM tracking.
* Monthly reporting focused on traffic, enquiries, and opportunities not vanity metrics.
Deliverables & cadence (typical)
* Monthly: Content calendar + shoot plan; highlight reel of best clips.
* Weekly: ~3–4 IG posts (mix of Reels/carousels/Stories), 2 LinkedIn posts, periodic TikToks.
* Per shoot day: 10–20 usable clips + 20–30 photos, named/tagged with permissions noted.
* Quarterly: Case-study asset pack for sales (30–60 sec edit + stills + captions).
What you'll bring
* Proven track record creating short-form video that drives enquiries (portfolio required).
* Confident filming on construction/fit-out sites and in high-finish homes; great on-site etiquette.
* Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut) and light design (Canva/Figma or Adobe).
* Copy that's simple, accurate, and commercial able to translate tech (Q-SYS, Dante, acoustic treatment, B&O) into benefits.
* Working knowledge of analytics (UTMs, GA, platform insights) and basic paid social.
* Organised: release forms, usage rights, shot lists, and versioning.
Nice-to-haves
* Experience in hospitality, interiors, or high-end residential sectors.
* Clean driving licence; DBS-checkable for residential visits.
Success in your first 90 days
* Publish consistently to plan with zero privacy breaches.
* Create an asset bank of 60–90 clips/photos across at least 3 projects.
* Lift qualified traffic to install pages; generate measurable enquiries via forms/DMs.
* Deliver one polished case study (video + stills + captions) that sales can reuse.
Working pattern & tools
* Hybrid: remote editing + on-site capture (London/SE; occasional UK travel).
* Core tools: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, Premiere/CapCut, TikTok, Canva/Figma, Google Drive, GA.
* Equipment: you'll have your own run-and-gun kit (phone or mirrorless, gimbal, clip-on lavs, small LED). We can supplement as needed.
* Expenses: pre-approved travel and consumables reimbursed.
